Privacy Policy

Effective May 10, 2026

We keep your workspace private and only use your data to run the app.

Ronia is a personal AI workspace for voice, chat, and task management. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when using the app.

What we collect

  • Account details from Google sign-in such as your display name, email address, and profile photo.
  • Tasks, messages, transcription text, and task metadata you create while using Ronia.
  • Your selected AI provider and any API key you choose to save in your private profile.
  • Basic app preferences such as theme mode, which may be stored locally in your browser.

How we use it

  • To authenticate your account and keep your workspace synced across sessions.
  • To save and retrieve tasks, chat history, and command results.
  • To process voice and text commands through the AI provider you selected.
  • To troubleshoot errors, secure the service, and maintain app quality.

Third-party services

Ronia uses Firebase for authentication, storage, and database features. If you use AI features, your commands and related context are sent to the provider you selected, such as Google Gemini or OpenAI, so the app can generate responses and manage tasks.

Data choices and retention

You can update or remove your saved API keys from Settings. Your tasks and messages remain in your private workspace until you delete them or the data is otherwise removed from your account. We do not sell personal information.

Security

We use platform security controls and access boundaries to keep each user’s data isolated. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we aim to protect your information with reasonable safeguards.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product changes. If we do, we will revise the effective date on this page and make the updated version available here.
