Terms of Service

Effective May 10, 2026

Use Ronia responsibly and verify AI output before acting on it.

These terms explain the rules for using Ronia’s voice, chat, and task features. By using the app, you agree to these terms and accept that the service may evolve over time.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use Ronia for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
  • Do not attempt to interfere with the app, its data, or its hosting environment.
  • Only add API keys and content that you are authorized to use and store.
  • Keep your account credentials and device access secure.

AI features

Ronia can send your commands, related task context, and transcription text to the AI provider you selected. AI outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate, so you should review generated tasks, summaries, and responses before relying on them.

Fees and third-party billing

Ronia does not charge usage fees for AI model tokens, prompts, or completions. Any costs created by model usage are billed by your selected AI provider under your separate account agreement with that provider. You are solely responsible for monitoring usage, setting limits, and paying all third-party charges connected to your API keys.

Your content and keys

You remain responsible for the information you enter, the tasks you create, and any third-party API keys you save. Do not store secrets you do not want associated with your workspace.

Service availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every feature will be available on every device or network.

Intellectual property

The Ronia name, interface, and underlying product design remain part of the service. You may use the app only as permitted by these terms and applicable law.

Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including charges, overages, or billing disputes between you and any third-party AI provider.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise this page and its effective date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
